We meet with you onsite to consult on the building process and to ensure that the building site is suitable for delivery and accessible for construction. The site needs to be prepared prior to delivery. At different times of the year the site access requirements will depend on the weather conditions.
We have experienced contractors that can do site preparation works for you or you can arrange your own site preparation. To make sure the site is ready for delivery a further site inspection may be required to confirm the site is ready for delivery and construction. The correct site preparation plays a big part in avoiding any delays or unforeseen additional charges.
We have not just been manufacturing steel structures since 1966, we have also been building them! Our construction teams have built thousands of steel structures over the years in varying sizes and styles. Our contract price will show what’s included in the build. We co-ordinate the dispatch date with the build date. Once your steel structure is on your site we will commence construction soon thereafter.
The engaged independent building surveyor will inspect the excavated footing foundation holes to make sure they comply with the approved engineering documentation. The contracted price includes all construction labour, footing hole concrete and site equipment unless stated otherwise.
