We take a great deal of care to ensure that all materials and components supplied in your kit are correct and in the best possible condition prior to leaving our factory. All materials contained in your kit need to be checked. No claims will be recognised after fourteen (14) days from the job dispatch date. Please note Tru-Bilt Fabrications terms and conditions can be found on your contract order form document.

Tru-Bilt recommends the construction works be carried out by our experienced and trained installers. Should you decide to undertake the construction works yourself, Tru-Bilt takes no responsibility or liability for any damage or injury caused resulting from the construction or use of our product. This construction guide is to be used as a guide only for constructing a Tru-Bilt steel structure. It is very important that person/s undertaking the construction have the required qualifications and skills to carry out such works. All relevant building codes and safety procedures must be adhered to when handling and constructing our steel structures.

Tru-Bilt takes no responsibility or liability for any damage or injury caused resulting from the construction or use of our product when using this construction guide or any other additional construction information provided. Other outside factors also need to be carefully considered before undertaking any construction work. Site conditions and weather are a major factor in the construction process. These conditions need to be assessed to make sure construction can be carried out in a safe manner.
